About the event
Early childhood education professional Julia Kallmes describes approachable and functional ways to make your home conducive to your young learner's development and play. These techniques are steeped in the Montessori tradition, but Julia also pulls methods and inspiration from other pedagogies and her personal experiences as a seasoned education professional. The goal of this Family Symposium is to share insights with families who hope to create or refine their at-home play spaces.
Childcare will be provided by Monarch Montessori School staff for children ages 2 and up. Children who are too young for the childcare option can be brought along to the class.
